Hi, I’m Carla Gaskins-Nathan, healing arts practitioner based in Newburgh, NY.

I have been a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2013, am a certified member of Associated Massage and Bodywork Professionals (ABMP), and have earned the ART & Master Usui Reiki Ryoho/Tibetan certification.

I believe that self-care is vital and also believe in collective care. There is time where the individual body needs space, time and tending to them. There are times where the our collective bodies need care as well.   

I am called to support both bodies with cross-cultural, whole-body practices, traditions, teaching and modalities rooted in liberation and social justice.

I invite anyone in the Hudson Valley needing a space to safely land or reconnect with their body to reach out or book Reiki or massage with me.
