Hi, I’m Carla Gaskins-Nathan, LMT, CMLDT, healing arts practitioner based in Newburgh, NY.

I have been a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2013 and a Reiki practitioner since 2017. I am a certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist and have earned ART Master-level certification in Usui/Tibetan Reiki and Usui/Holy Fire® III certification. I am a certified member of Associated Massage and Bodywork Professionals (ABMP).

I believe that self-care is vital and also believe in collective care. There is time where the individual body needs space, time and tending to them. There are times where the our collective bodies need care as well.   

I am called to support both bodies with cross-cultural, whole-body practices, traditions, teaching and modalities rooted in liberation and social justice.
